Delivery / Shipping
We ship all of our products from the UK via Royal Mail & Occasionally Fastway when required. Once the order leaves our studio we are no longer responsible for its arrival but we will always do everything we can to ensure that it is correctly packaged to get to your door. Occasionally there can be delays with orders due to issues that are out of our control such as weather conditions (particularly around the world) so we just ask that you take that in to consideration when ordering and checking our shipping times. 99% of orders get to their location on time but if you feel that an order has taken longer than it should please do get in touch and we will look in to your case personally.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please contact us if you have problems with your order.
Orders will be ready to dispatch in 3-4 working days.
Personalised orders will be sent to you as a digital proof first, before printing, so that you can sign off your design. Orders will not be printed until we have approval from you via our online system. You are also responsible for making sure that the proof sent is correct so make sure you check for spelling, punctuation, dates & names as we will not be held responsible for errors once printed and this may incur an additional print charge. If we are at fault then we will take full responsibility and ensure that your full order is re-printed and dispatched, If you require an express shipping upgrade on orders we have made mistakes on this will unfortunately will need to be charged.
It is important to note that we print using a professional Digital Printing Press. This means that because of the process the colours on your design may vary slightly from what you are seeing on screen. It can also depend on what resolution or brand monitor you use as to the colour variation.
